i am writing this story about upper east side teens living the good life.. kind of a mix of gossip girl and the clique. anyway in this story the girls go to an elite private school called Milton Academy, and at this school the students are permitted to add their own sort of style to the uniforms. what i need is some help deciding what one of my girls should wear… the school colours are white and navy blue..
here are the outfits ive come up with so far:

1) high waisted, navy blue skirt and over the shoulder braces, tucked in, long sleeved, peter pan collared cream blouse and long, skinny blue tie

2) pleated navy blue tartan mini skirt, the puff-sleeved creamy white blouse, and the long, loose blue tie

3) a navy blue pinafore dress with a cinched in waist and pleats, with a three-quarter length white collared shirt underneath.

I injured both my shoulders this year playing rugby and although I am going to be doing physical therapy I was wondering if there was a way to get some additional support/protection for my shoulders when I return to play. The main problems I’ve been encountering are 1) I’m a girl and most shoulder supports strap directly across the chest, which presents a bit of a problem and 2) I need to protect both shoulders at the same time, which doesn’t seem possible with shoulder braces/supports. I was wondering if a padded compression shirt might work better, but I’d like input from others who may have more knowledge.
When I talked about having issues with supports that aren’t designed for women I meant stuff more like shoulder braces (as in, not padded shirts).

Ok, im 14 and im loose jointed. Ive got issues with every joint in my body. well, my major issue is my shoulder. If i relax, and maybe swing my arm around, it pops out. Its very severe. Im looking at shoulder braces just to get it to keep my shoulder tight against my body. Will these help?
