I broke my left foot Nov. 18th 2010, knew I had back and neck problems but the hospital did ex-rays told me I have arthritis in neck and shoulder bad and spinal steno-sis in lower back. Bone density test showed thinning of bones prior to this also osteoporosis (degenerative disc disease). I am under no treatment and have no doctor. Pain is unbearable! What can I do? I cannot live like this and won’t if I can get no relief. I’m no stranger to pain as I’ve had several painful surgeries and four children but this never stops. Can anyone help?
I am currently deployed in Iraq and can’t go see a doctor. The pain is in my left shoulder. From viewing shoulder diagrams, it appears to be in the Acromion or Acromioclavicular joint. It really hurts when I raise my arm for any type of action from shutting off my alarm clock to bracing myself to roll over in the bed. Raising my arm is also very painfull. The pain is right on top of the shoulder and is actually sore to touch. It feels to be a ball feeling bone where the clavical meets other bones. There has not been any sort of activity that would have cause bruising. Crazy as it sounds the pain is at it’s weakest point after I go to the gym. Mostly at night and in the morning is when it is at it’s worse. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I have a very small curve in my spine and it might be from an injury but im not sure, i checked in with my family doctor about my chest because the bones stuck out on 1 side, and then on the other side it goes in, and then he checked my spine and said i have a sleight curve and its whats causing my chest and ribs to do this, even my back stuck out further on 1 side, and he said they wont give me a brace or surgery for somethin this small, and he said i should just work and have good posture , but im worried that the curve might get worst?
so what im asking is if it’s
1. scoliosis
2. if it will get worst
3. if i get a second opinion will he give me a brace or somethin
and i heard of this thing called Spinecor Scoliosis Treatment
do they have that in Canada and would they give me that?
ok, i normally have real good posture n all that, but since a lil bit after summer started..i feel like its not god anymore and my upper back hurts so i try 2 sit up all straight but it hurts so im like forced 2 hunch…i know im alwayz lazy and on the computer almost the whole summer lol but u think somethins wrong…? wuts tht one condition thats very common in teen girls? where they have 2 get a back brace sumtimes cuz there back bones arent growin straight and like, u grow curves so the spine gets a curvature and its not supposed 2? is it….scoliosis? or wut? can u help me out? thanks
to make more room. (possible bone spurs) I am wondering if anyone else has had this procedure, did it help, healing time etc. MRI booked next few weeks to have a closer look. Any help would be appreciated.
have had xrays done, done the physio therapy, anti-immflammitory drugs too. Surgeon thinks may not be room enuf between bones for muscles causing the "pinching"
Ok, I’ve had this pain for maybe 2 years now. I know its due to my shoulder slumping during school. I try to sit straight and roll them back, but of course that is impossible to do thru lectures. I had the pain, then it sort of went away until now. ITs not my back pack ( i carry it on the other shoulder). i’ve been to a chiropractor, doctor, and bone specialist doctor. They told me nothing was wrong, that i was just "double jointed’ and it was the way my bones were placed. We took x rays and nothing seemed wrong. Its really not my shoulder, more my shoulder blade. also, when i move my shoulder there is a TON of popping noises. I know some is normal, but this is like a lot. So what do you recommend, a shoulder brace?
only solution, tried the steroid injections but doctor won’t give more as they tend to weaken the bones. Do you get such a thing as a shoulder replacement ? Not kidding my shoulders ache all day and worse in the morning. Fell down stairs caused it.
