Stand tall. Feet slightly wider than hips, knees relaxed. Pull handle with same side arm to mid chest, other hand over top. Brace mid-section. Relax shoulder, breathe in. Push handle away from chest, breathing out through the move. Pause briefly. Resist the cable stations urge to rotate the body towards it. Return to starting position.
