Recommendations for a back brace for pain caused by larger breasts?
My sister works at a hair salon and is on her feet all day. She doesn’t want a breast reduction, but achieving perfect posture all the time in her profession is not something easy, especially with her large breast. She’s been complaining about back aches, and thought maybe a back brace would help. I would like to get her a discrete back brace/band she can wear under her clothes. Does anyone have any recommendation?
Thanks!!

Pinched NERVES cause pain, not pinched MUSCLES. Don’t listen to the person before me. I have back pain from a car accident. The best way you can heal yourself is by exercising. She needs to strengthen her core muscles that support the spine. Mainly she needs to target her back and stomach muscles.(stay away from cardio because her large breasts could cause her more pain, unless she has a wonderful bra or two)
Back braces actually weaken the muscles in the core, which means increased pain when she takes it off. You see what happens is, the muscles don’t have to work as hard with a back brace. Working muscles builds strength. Added bonus: if she works out she will loose some of the breast tissue naturally.
Forget about the brace, she has pinched muscles causing that pain. All she has to do to get rid of the pain is release the muscles in her back. Here’s how to release them:
Back:
(do from a sitting position)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front and firmly press on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
For best results relax the body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.
Her breasts have nothing to do with the pain, it’s how she bent over or twisted her body at one point, or some other movement, that caused this to happen.
