I slouch a lot I drop both of my shoulders foward. I’m 5”8 I want to know if any one knows of any kind of brace that I can put to make me me stand up straight?
What is a good shoulder brace?
I have a shoulder injury (partially torn labrum) and I need a quick fix to avoid any further damage. I’m playing football in a few days. Anyone know any good braces that you can find at like, a CVS or a sporting goods store or something? I know that they’re usually bulky and cheezy, but if anyone has any suggestions I’m open. Thanks.

Can wearing a posture corrective back brace actually weaken back muscles?
If you wear a brace just to improve posture, is it possible it may weaken muscles? That is what some people tell me.
poor posture/shoulder slouching developing on my 10 YO daughter?
My mother always told me to stand up straight. I have horrible posture!!! I am a sloucher, rounded shoulders. I hate catching myself in the mirror or in pictures. I try to be consciencious about it, but my mind is NOT always on my slouching. Now I am concerned because I see my oldest daughter falling into the same bad habit. I remind her all the time, but it just doesn’t come naturally for her either. She complains of back pain way too much for such a young girl. We go to the chiropractor twice/week. She is active and just started gymnastics and she has done figure skating. I am always hoping that her good posture will develop with these sports. Do posture support braces work? She is a pretty little girl, but worry her posture makes her unattractive and I don’t want her to grow up like me!!

Would a muscle spasm in my shoulder that has muscle connections to my jaw affect my braces experience?
I know people’s faces change from braces from muscles moving.. but Would my shoulder hurt more from the muscles moving during a braces experience?
Can anyone suggest a good posture back brace?
I have horrible posture and I am looking for a good posture back brace. I am also wondering how you know what size is right for you?
Any suggestions/advice is appreciated! 
I am not in ton of pain but my father is on his 2nd back surgery for a herniated disk and fractured vertabrae. The doctor has warned me that it could happen to me if I don’t correct my posture, thats how bad it is.
With a posture corrective brace, how long should it take to work?
I am 18, going on 19 soon. I have had a back hunch since I was 15. I have it pretty bad, but I do hunch. I have a very bad looking back, which is why I never go to the beach. I bought this back brace at an orthopedic store. How long should it take for I can see a normal back because I think I have rounded shoulders?
Scoliosis Brace used to treat scoliosis, any shoulder braces then to make broad shoulders narrow?
Or is there a surgery that can achieve this? Somehow remove or scrape the bones to create a smaller shoulder? Or shoulder braces?
Improving posture: Use a posture brace or start an exercise program?
I’ve seen a lot of posture improvement programs for sale, posture braces like the one at www.posturenow.com, and even items like posture improvement insoles for your shoes. Does anyone have any experience with improving poor posture?
