I miss our very close friendship. The reason we had a misunderstanding is that I blamed her for telling others information I had given to her which are confidential and she will not admit it. Really sharp pain near left shoulder?
I haven’t lifted or strained myself in any way in the past month or so. It has really started hurting for about 2 weeks. It hurts throughout the day but really starts to hurt at night. I have been doing the R.I.C.E (Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevate) treatment for about a week now and no progress. I really hate going to the doctor but if it is something serious then I will. I’m only 19 years old so I don’t think it’s from "old age"…. Any ideas on what it could possibly be?

How to speed up recovery of shoulder injury?
A few months ago i partially tore my left shoulder while lifting weights at the gym. I would feel the most pain towards the front of my shoulder. Most of the pain is now gone unless i roll my shoulder or try to lift heavy weights.
Would training with very light weights help to speed up the healing process? Any suggestions are appreciated.

Shoulder Pain.. What would you do?
I’ve had shoulder pain for 2 weeks now and a week ago I went to a walk in clinic and they just gave me pain pills and sent me on my way. Now I am out of those pills and I have pain worse then before. I don’t know if I should go back to the walk-in and just be handed more pills that don’t work or go to the E.R because they do a better job. I don’t like going to the E.R unless it’s a real emergency but I want this to be dealt with. What do you think?

extremely sharp pain between shoulder blades?
i’m a 17 year old girl and i woke up today with an awful pain in my upper back, between my shoulder blades. it feels like a mixture of being stabbed and the worst soreness i’ve ever had. i haven’t been doing anything out of the ordinary, so i don’t know what i would be sore from. i don’t know if this has anything to do with it, but i’m anorexic with bulimic tendencies. i’d appreciate if you didn’t say anything about that unless you have a real answer, i’m in treatment currently and i don’t need anyone judging me. i just figured i’d throw that out there in case that has something to do with it.
