Right shoulder pain from bench press?
i was doing my warm up set at the gym on bench press (light weight).. during it , i felt a pain in my right shoulder that was very sharp so i racked the weight. its been hurting for about 3 weeks now. it hurts when i lift my arm straight forward or to the side. it affects my sleeping because i wake up in the middle of the night because of the pain, and also when i write when a pencil or pen my shoulder is in pain. what should i do to heal it and can i still work out other muscles at the gym that dont involve shoulders? (biceps for example)

I have a muscle tear in my shoulder and i'm not getting surgery yet. Is icing the best treatment for me?
I am going to finish my season without getting surgery because it doesn’t bother me an incredible amount. Every now and then i have small pains but they go away eventually. I’ve heard some people say to ice it and others say that its bad to ice injuries.

Stand tall, strong posture. Shoulders down, brace the midsection. Step forward, bend both knees towards floor, before returning and then proceeding to step backwards, bending both knees towards floor. Keep upper body strong throughout exercise.

Anyone had or have painful shoulder?
anyone had or have shoulder problems such as torn rotor cuff, frozen shoulder, tendinitis, etc. that required treatment for pain and range of motion. other then surgery what was any treatments that worked. something like prolotherapy or cortisone shots, etc. physical therapy is highly touted, but never worked for me (only aggravated the pain). thanks for any help on this.

i woke up three days ago and noticed that whenever i move my neck to the right, the frontish part of my left shoulder hurts (stinging/burning feeling) alot. any ideas what it could be?

Start with top of feet and ankles on the stability ball, arms in front of you on the ground fully extended and shoulders in good posture. Position body in a front plank position but with the hips slightly higher and the elbows fully extended. Roll the ball to your chest, bending your knees, keeping your back flat and keeping the hips and upper body in the same position. Brace the abs and use your glutes. Bring the ball back to starting position.
