My posture has gotten so bad I think I’m permanently curved in an S formation. Yes, I’m doing the exercises and seeing the Chirop. But I’m worried about the growing hump behind my neck like a hunchback so I thought about a posture brace or special chairs or pillows. What works for you? My shoulders curve forward and need to be pulled back, my two pregnancies have pushed my lower back forward. Please help, do posture braces work and what’s a good one, no matter the expense?! Thanks friend.
